In addition, a systematic assessment of user satisfaction with the services provided is foreseen, with a view to drafting a relevant study that will be used for the further design of digital public services, based on the real needs of citizens and modern technological capabilities, such as the use of artificial intelligence. · It concerns publicity and information actions for the promotion and understanding of new digital services, with the aim of disseminating information and enhancing the awareness of the institution of Digital Agents at national level. The scope of Section 3 also includes the creation and production of marking material for the "Digital Supporter" service for the points where the service is provided, with a view to the distinct, uniform and recognizable presence of the action in the selected regional structures of the Hellenic Cadastre.
