The district of Fürth intends to build a 4-fold sports hall with a grandstand on the grounds of the Dietrich Bonhoeffer Gymnasium in Oberasbach as a replacement for the existing sports hall. The implementation of the replacement new construction is planned for a total contractor. The sports hall was built between 1974 and 1978. The new replacement will enable physical education in a functional sports hall, the adaptation of standards for the championships, improvement of energy efficiency and thus the reduction of operating costs. Ideally, the areas should be integrated into the new sports hall building. In planning and implementation, particular account must be taken of the Construction Guideline of the Fürth district and the requirements it contains for climate-adapted, sustainable and low-tech construction. In particular, lifecycle-oriented planning, resource conservation, energy efficiency and climate neutrality, space-saving construction, a healthy indoor climate and the optimization of operation and maintenance are decisive. The aim of the project management services to be awarded in accordance with § 2 AHO issue 9 (as of May 2025) is to support the district of Fürth as the client. The project management acts as a staff function of the client in order to ensure economical, timely and cost-effective implementation of the replacement construction by total contractors (TU). Within the framework of the chosen realization model (total contractor), the performance picture of the project controller is limited to monitoring, controlling and ensuring the project goals, since the operational coordination of the subcontractors as well as the execution planning and construction supervision is the primary responsibility of the total contractor. In addition to the AHO performance profile described in the HAV-KOM contract, the following services in particular form part of the contract: -Preparation of the TU award: Compilation of the technical and technical planning requirements (functional specifications) as a basis for the TU package in order to enable a comparable offer, if necessary tendering of an object-related planning for support; - monitoring the procurement procedure for commissioning the TU, taking into account the objectives (costs, deadline, quality); - Coordination of interfaces: Ensuring that the planning and technical planning services contained in the Technical University meet the requirements of the district;
