Bread and cakes The quality of the product must comply with: - The Food Law (Nar. nov. 18/23) - Food Hygiene Act and Microbiological Criteria for Food (Nar. nov. 83/22) - General Product Safety Act (Nar. nov. br. 30/09, 139/10, 14/14 and 32/19, 78/25) - Food Information to Consumers Act (Nar. nov., No. 56/13, 14/14, 56/16 and 32/19) and other by-laws regulating food safety, hygiene and quality. Food safety means safe and whole-chain food that includes food production, processing and storage, as well as transport and marketing. Possible subsequent amendments to the legislation oblige the supplier to adjust and treat them. It is allowed to offer all products that have a declaration and information in accordance with the Food Act (OG 18/23), the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011, i.e. the Food Information to Consumers Act (OG 56/13, 14/14, 56/16 and 32/19) and the Ordinance on labels or signs that determine the lot or lot to which the food belongs (OG 26/13). According to the requirements of the HACCP system, the temperature of the food must correspond to that permitted for the particular species indicated on the product declaration, and due account must be taken of the prescribed commodity neighbourhood in the chambers of the means of transport in terms of the type of goods or the different temperature regime. The food must be in the prescribed and adequate dedicated packaging (transport and individual). The declaration must be in Croatian. For each food with a categorisation and/or quality class, it must be indicated on the label and the declaration must be provided at delivery for each product offered.
