… project documentation verified by the Building Authority, • Provision of professional consultations to the contracting authority and participation in the inspection days of the construction, including regular personal presence on the construction site according to the needs of the contracting authority, at least (e.g.) 2 times a month, • Assessment and approval of proposals for changes to the construction and the relevant change documentation, • Cooperation with the technical supervision of the builder, state administration bodies, the construction contractor and other participants in the construction, • Commenting on possible deviations from the project documentation and ensuring compliance with the designer's copyright, • Cooperation in the handover and approval of the construction, • Other activities directly resulting from the performance of the designer's supervision. Designer supervision will be carried out in accordance with the relevant project documentation, which is an integral part of this contract, and in accordance with the provisions of the Building Act, the Authorization Act and related regulations. · Designer's supervision of the construction Reconstruction of the extension of the elementary school Náměstí to flats Designer's supervision of the comprehensive reconstruction of the extension of the existing building of the former elementary school consisting of a change of use to an apartment building, including the implementation of the extension, underground parking and the related technical and transport infrastructure. The construction includes, in particular, demolition work, modifications of load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures, replacement of hole fillings, insulation and remediation of the building, implementation of new technical and technological equipment of the building, house wiring and connections to utilities, equipment for rainwater management, construction of paved areas, landscaping and vegetation modifications, as well as other construction, assembly and technological work necessary for the proper completion and use of the building in accordance with the project documentation and relevant legal and technical regulations · Supervision of the designer for the construction Conversion of the elementary school Náměstí to the library Supervision of the designer for the comprehensive reconstruction of the original existing building of the former elementary school consisting in the conversion into an urban library with adequate facilities for visitors and employees, including spaces for cultural, educational and leisure activities. The construction includes, in particular, construction and remediation work, modifications of load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures, replacement of hole fillings, removal of masonry moisture, repairs and remediation of plaster, restoration of stucco sculptures and facade elements, replacement of roofing, addition of historical replicas, replacement or professional treatment of damaged wooden structures, implementation of new technical and technological equipment of the building, house wiring and connections to utilities, construction of paved areas, landscaping and vegetation modifications, as well as other construction, assembly and technological work necessary for the proper completion and use of the construction in accordance with the project documentation and relevant legal and technical regulations.
