Tactics

When contracts were awarded in this country and sector, there was usually a single bid in the end. A solid bid has a real chance here. (Based on 4,258 completed awards — not a statement about this procedure.)

This procedure allows 35 days between publication and deadline — typical in this country is 32 (median of 1,134 procedures). Much more generous than usual — time for a thorough bid rather than a quick one.

The deadline falls on a Monday — your last full working day is the Friday before. Have evidence and guarantees together by Thursday.

Foreign bidders

In Czechia · IT services, 58 contracts went to foreign companies over the last 3 years (of 5,364 recorded awards) — mostly from Germany, France, Poland.

Submission language: Czech.

Measured from linked award data; foreign winners bidding through a local subsidiary count as domestic — the true share is higher.
