In the city of Vác, the performance of snow and lubrication tasks in the places indicated in the excel table published as an annex is 15 November each year. - in the period from 15 March. The framework agreement shall be concluded for a maximum amount of HUF 150 000 000 net. In the administrative area of the Municipality of Vác, owned and managed by the Municipality of Vác, the winter desiccant works of the city's roads, stairs, erected parts in front of pedestrian crossings, platform islands of bus stops and so-called free-run sidewalks according to the present technical specifications. … pedestrian traffic are greatly hindered). The successful tenderer in respect of these streets shall be entitled to submit an invoice in accordance with the terms of its submitted commercial offer. The task includes the following types of activities: a) 24-hour on-call duty (standby), which includes snow dispatching and road control tasks; b) de-icing; and (c) carrying out snow removal tasks. The contractor’s fee includes the standby fee (net HUF/hour) and the kilometre of work performed (net HUF/km), as well as all costs incurred by the successful tenderer in connection with the performance of the contract, in particular the price of the fuel used and any costs of repairing the truck and the price of the salt used (20 g/m2). In view of this, the successful tenderer shall not be entitled to any additional fees or costs. Place of service: The grouped sites listed in Annexes 1 to 6 attached by the Contracting Authority. For roads: - de-slipping and/or preventive spraying (using 20 g/m2, 100% road salt, 1 pc with a reversible snow blower with a width of min. 3 m, a salt spray body with a transport capacity of min. 2 m3, 4x4 off-road trucks) - snow ploughing (1 pc with a reversible snow blower with a width of min. 3 m, a salt spray body with a transport capacity of min. 2 m3, a 4x4 off-road truck) - ploughing and spraying (using 20 g/m2, 100% road salt, 1 pc with a reversible snow blower with a transport capacity of min. 3 m3, a salt spray body with a transport capacity of min. 2 m3, a 4x4 off-road truck) - Sejce (from the crossing of Gombás út – Fürt u through the Sejce housing estate to the main road No. 2) - de-slipping and/or preventive spraying (using 20 g/m2, 100% road salt, 1 pc with reversible snowshoe with a width of min. 2.5 m, salt-spraying superstructure with a transport capacity of min. 1.5 m3, 4x4 off-road trucks) - snow ploughing (using 1 pc with reversible snowshoe with a width of min. 2.5 m, salt-spraying superstructure with a transport capacity of min. 1.5 m3, 4x4 off-road trucks) - ploughing and spraying (using 20 g/m2, 100% road salt, 1 pc with reversible snowshoe with a width of min. 2.5 m, salt-spraying superstructure with a transport capacity of min. 1.5 m3, 4x4 off-road trucks) Preliminary consultation is required regarding the specific work and the billing volume, given that these are outlying trips, on the basis of which only the work performed there can be billed when invoicing, and no or only part of the outward and return journeys can be billed. Furthermore, the contracting authority would only mobilise this type of machine in case of havaria. c.
