Stage 3 - Based on the results obtained from the measurement of the SCC of the first (5 or 6) EB preparation of a Technical Report. Stage 4 - Providing technical assistance to the trained personnel of Kozloduy NPP in conducting measurement of the mechanical characteristics of metals according to the diagram of the concaveness of the following equipment from the second (5 or 6) EB: • first main circulation pipeline; • CN and CN connection pipeline; • first NG; • upper unit, reactor vessel, reactor plant support ring. Stage 5 - Providing technical assistance to trained personnel of Kozloduy NPP in the preparation of the Technical Report for the second EB. Measurements according to Stage 2 and Stage 4 shall be made during the PPP period at 5 and 6 EB. The technical reports resulting from the implementation of Stage 3 and Stage 5 are separate documents for 5 and 6 EB. During the control of the equipment and during the preparation and preparation of the Technical Report of the measurements of the first EB, the Contractor shall carry out training of at least 5 (five) persons from the staff of the Contracting Authority at his expense.
