What the buyer is looking for
The City of Kajaani requests offers for waste management services for properties managed by the City of Kajaani, Kiinteistö Oy Kajaanin Pietari and Kajaanin Teknologiakeskus Oy for the contract period 1.1.2027 - 31.12.2031. By decision of the client, the contract may be extended on the original terms for two option periods of one (1) year (1+1 years). A separate decision on the exercise of each option period shall be made, which shall be notified to the supplier no later than six (6) months before the end of the contract period in force at any given time. The subject of the contract is the items listed in the annex to the invitation to tender. The waste management service includes the emptying of waste bins, transport of waste and other services included in the subject of the procurement, as specified in more detail in the tender documents. In addition, the selected supplier must empty the paper collection points of the properties.
