… process is carried out through an open procedure, on the basis of which a maximum of three (3) contract suppliers with the highest scores are selected for the framework agreement by sub-assembly. Tenderers may submit tenders for one or both lots. The selection criteria for competitive tendering are overall economic advantage with a price weight of 80% and quality weight of 20%. The contract period is a fixed-term period of four (4) years. The contract period begins at the earliest after the procurement decision has become final or after the Market Court has granted the contract an enforcement permit. The notice period for both parties and Numera Palvelut Oy's customer communities committed to the acquisition is six (6) months despite the fixed term. The aim is for the contract period to begin on 1 January 2027 (estimate). The entities associated with the contract will be covered by the contract to be concluded after the expiry of their current contracts. Partial offers will not be accepted. Parallel offers will not be accepted. By its tender, the tenderer undertakes to comply with all the conditions set out in the invitation to tender. The contracting entity shall have the right to verify the information provided by the tenderer in the tender documents before taking a procurement decision. If the information provided is incorrect, the tender will be rejected.
