What the buyer is looking for
The Hamburger Hochbahn is currently building the extension of the U4 underground line to the east in order to connect the Horn district to the U-Bahn network. In a first construction phase, the Horner Rennbahn stop has already been extended and completed. The tree replacement plantations and landscaping work have already been carried out here. In the second construction phase, the new U4 line with the stops Stoltenstraße and Horner Geest will be built, which is scheduled to go into operation in December 2027. The second phase of construction begins east of the Hermannstal road and follows the Manshardtstraße eastwards to the Silberberg road. The larger site installation areas to be restored (ground storage, concrete plant and water treatment plant) are located on the Horner Rennbahn. · The subject of this call for tenders is the replacement planting of woods, shrubs and ground cover as well as the restoration of path areas in green areas. Pitches must also be paved, including ancillary work such as drainage, signage and marking. In addition to the restoration of topsoil surfaces, the treatment of existing topsoil surfaces and lawn sowing work must be carried out. The enclosing of land with fences and hedge plantings is also part of this procurement procedure. The work areas essentially extend from Dannerallee across the entire Manshardstraße to Sandkamp and the associated construction site installation areas. The production period for vegetation works concerns the planting periods 2027 , 2027-2028 and 2028. All further work will be carried out from the beginning of II. Quarter 2027 to end III. quarter of 2028. Delivery and development maintenance of approx. 355 stalks, 100 stalks of solitary shrubs, 1,700 stalks of small shrubs, 7,000 stalks of ground cover, road construction work in parking areas approx. 300 m2 water-bound path ceiling, approx. 1,000 m2 lawn lattice paths, approx. 3,100 m2 parking space in paving construction including associated earthworks and road construction, approx. 60,000 m2 plant of green areas.
