What the buyer is looking for
Delivery of vehicle tyres, motor vehicles and bicycle accessories as well as spare parts · The LZN is entitled to conclude individual orders on the basis of this framework agreement as the customer and the only authority entitled to call. In order to fulfil its tasks as a central service provider for the direct Lower Saxony state administration and other public bodies, it will make use of services under this framework agreement. The specific contracts (calls) to be concluded on the basis of this framework agreement are made by and on behalf of the LZN for the direct Land administration as well as for other public bodies that have concluded a supply or service agreement with the LZN (beneficiary bodies). … call-up, the LZN informs the contractor of the delivery address as well as the contact details required for shipping and delivery, which are assigned to one of the entitled entities from the list. The Central Police Directorates of Lower Saxony and Bremen and the Police Directorates of the Länder of Lower Saxony and Bremen are not covered by this framework agreement, as a framework agreement already exists here. The service included in the tender will be listed in an LZN webshop. By mutual agreement, additional public bodies may be added to the list of eligible bodies in text form throughout the duration of the framework agreement with the contractor, provided that this does not exceed the overall estimate of needs used. The inclusion of additional eligible entities has no impact on the maximum volume of the Framework Agreement as set out in point 1.5.
