Organising and conducting cab and driver-seat forklift operator training and examination related to the training, scheduled for 159 hours per session, for 13 groups in accordance with the technical specifications included in the procurement document. The minimum number of compulsory hours is determined on the basis of the curricular and examination requirements of the specialist course issued by the Centre for Transport and Eligibility Examinations (KAV). The Framework Agreement (FA) is intended to perform the training, teaching, examination organisation and examination tasks set out above, in accordance with the conditions set out in the FA and the direct order for the specific task(s). The total value drawn on the basis of direct orders placed under the Framework Agreement during its term shall not exceed the Framework Amount. The total quantity foreseen in the Framework Agreement is not included, the quantity of services to be provided under the Framework Agreement is subject to the Framework Amount. During the performance of the contract, the successful tenderer is obliged to comply with the provisions of Government Decree 54/2021 (II.26.) on the training and examination of operators of machinery used in the road transport sector.
