… origin, patent or specific process shall be read together with the words ‘or equivalent’, in accordance with the law, in compliance with the requirements of compatibility and interoperability with the existing NMA infrastructure. The price quoted will include all costs necessary for the full performance of the contractual obligations, including transport, installation, configuration, migration, testing, commissioning, documentation, training, warranty and support. The estimated needs include: - 2 headquarters firewall equipment (HQ); - 6 firewall equipment for regional headquarters; - 2 software upgrades/support for the centralized Firewall Management Center (FMC) solution, with software support for a minimum of 12 months; - 20 WAN subscription licenses for the 250 Mbps level, for a minimum period of 3 years; - 2 WAN subscription licenses for the 10 Gbps level, for a minimum period of 3 years; - 2 DCN licenses, for a minimum period of 1 year; - accessory activities for delivery, installation, configuration, migration, testing, commissioning, documentation, training, warranty, maintenance and support, according to the Specifications. The maximum delivery time of the equipment is 90 calendar days from the entry into force of the contract. The acceptance tests must be completed within a maximum of 30 days from the installation of the firewall equipment and the licenses provided in Table 2 of the Tender Specifications, the deadline tendered being the evaluation factor P3. Detailed technical requirements, including compatibility with existing infrastructure, warranty, support, training and technical documentation, are laid down in the specifications.
