Invitation to Tenders is sought from suitably qualified Contractors to undertake the complete Project Scope comprising of supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of modular off-site constructed containerised biomass cabins and the subsequent supply and delivery of fuel to each school for a period of 15 years. The successful Contractor will be required to enter into two separate contracts covering the works element (Contract A) and the supply of fuel element (Contract B) as follows: a.
