The adjudicating entity requests a tender for the following service package: • SIEM and SOC control room 24/7 • Related services as an option in Service Management The City of Forssa and Forssan Vesihuolto are dealt with in joint monitoring meetings. By default, Microsoft Sentinel will be deployed and, in addition, an option will be requested to provide the Supplier's SIEM solution. Sentinel and separate SIEM may be both enabled or only one. The Supplier's control room must be in use, manned 24/7 and located in Finland. There is no need to monitor or log the equipment of the water OT network. In this regard, any alert coming to the Supplier's SOC from the entity supervising the OT network. The Supplier shall offer the package. Sub-tenders will not be accepted. … of this package and the tender requirements can be found in Annex 1 of this invitation to tender, where the minimum and quality requirements for the services to be provided are indicated. The procurement is not divided into lots because the subject of the procurement is a technically and functionally homogeneous IT service package, the division of which into lots is not in the interest of the Contracting Entity due to the risks related to the reliability and overall responsibility of the services and the cost implications. The procurement is carried out in accordance with the Procurement Act (1397/2016). The procedure is an open procedure above the EU threshold. The tenderer should note that access to procurement documents is restricted on the basis of section 69.3 of the Procurement Act: Not all procurement documents can be made available without restriction, directly and in full electronic form, in order to protect the confidentiality of information. The tender documents are accompanied by confidential material (Annex 4 to the call for tenders).
