What the buyer is looking for
The purpose of this call for tenders is to contract a reliable and expert contractor to carry out the cleaning of glass at the locations of VISTA College. The service concerns the washing and cleaning of the interior and exterior glass and the separation glass, in accordance with the requirements and preconditions laid down in the tender documents, with a frequency of twice a year. VISTA College wishes to enter into one (1) contract with one (1) contractor. The intended starting date of the contract is 1 March 2027 and has an initial duration of four (4) years, with twice the option to extend (4+2+2). The contract ends by operation of law no later than 28 February 2035. The estimated value is estimated at € 805,000,- excluding VAT for the entire duration of eight (8) years. VISTA College reserves the right not to award the contract if, in the opinion of VISTA CollegeTA, the tender(s) significantly exceed the estimated value.
