The ZVH announces the planning, delivery, assembly, commissioning and ready-to-use handover of an exhaust air purification system. Two exhaust air flows from the process area are to be cleaned. AXX from ATEX areas with approx. 1,020 Nm3/h and AEX from other process areas with approx. 3,300 Nm3/h. Due to the discontinuous BMP operation, fluctuating exhaust air loads must be taken into account. The limit values of TA Luft for organic substances and ammonia must be complied with. Activated carbon adsorption or an equivalent process is planned, supplemented if necessary by further cleaning stages. Solutions for rent or purchase are permitted. The exhaust air flow AXX comes from areas with ATEX requirements and amounts to around 1,020 Nm3/h. The exhaust air flow AEX covers the other process areas with a volume flow of up to 3,300 Nm3/h. Since the BMP is operated discontinuously, time-varying loads on the exhaust air flows are to be expected. The installation must therefore be designed in such a way that the applicable limit values of TA Luft for organic substances and ammonia are reliably complied with. The preferred cleaning method is the use of activated carbon or a technically equivalent adsorptive method. If required, additional exhaust air purification stages can be integrated. The solution can be implemented as part of a rental model including installation, commissioning, maintenance and disassembly as well as a purchaseable system with delivery, assembly and commissioning. The operation of the plant, in particular the necessary replacement of the adsorber material depending on the load, as well as maintenance should be regulated in the form of a framework contract. Safe and controlled replacement of adsorbers with low downtime must be ensured. In addition, the system should have a modular design in order to be able to flexibly expand or adapt it to changes in exhaust air pollution. In order to avoid embers or hotspots within the adsorber material, it must be possible to integrate a suitable measuring and inerting system and to measure the concentrations of pollutants in the exhaust air. The installation is planned on a prepared concrete surface of approx. 5x12 m. Further information will be made available to interested companies to protect confidentiality after signing the non-disclosure agreement and taking note of the privacy policy.
