Framework agreement for the supply of transport vehicles for secure passenger transport · The LZN, as the contracting authority and the only authority entitled to call, is entitled to conclude individual contracts on the basis of this framework agreement. It will use services under this framework agreement to fulfil its tasks as a central service provider for the direct Lower Saxony Land administration and other public bodies. Under this responsibility, the contract includes the conclusion of a framework agreement with an undertaking (§ 21 VgV) for the supply of transporters for secured passenger transport. The direct Land administration in Lower Saxony, the Thuringian Ministry of Justice, Migration and Consumer Protection and the judicial enforcement in Bremen are entitled to call on the contract.
