The subject of procurement includes all equipment, materials, works and services necessary for the proper execution of the contract, including transportation, entry, assembly, connection, configuration, functionality testing, commissioning, delivery of technical documentation and guarantees, and user training for the handling of the equipment. Detailed technical specifications and quantities of equipment are defined by the cost statement and technical specifications for each lot of the subject of procurement which form an integral part of the Tender documentation. · The subject of the procurement includes procurement, delivery, installation, connection, configuration, functional testing and commissioning of professional audio systems for the needs of the Nedelišće Cultural Centre. The procurement includes a room sound system, sound management system, microphone systems, monitoring system, audio network infrastructure, background sound system, associated brackets, cabinets, cables, connecting material and other equipment necessary for the establishment of a fully functional audio unit. The subject of procurement includes all equipment, materials, works and services necessary for the proper execution of the contract, including transport, unloading, entry of equipment, assembly, connection, system configuration, program adjustments, functional testing, system commissioning, delivery of technical documentation and guarantees, and education of at least 2 users of the Contracting Authority for the handling and management of the delivered audio system, for a period of at least 4 hours, at the location of the Nedelišće Cultural Centre. All delivered equipment must be new, unused, mutually compatible and capable of functioning as a single functional unit in accordance with the technical specifications and the cost statement. Detailed technical specifications, quantities and equipment requirements are defined by a cost statement which forms an integral part of the Procurement Document. · The subject of the procurement includes procurement, delivery, installation, connection, configuration, functional testing and commissioning of video and presentation equipment for the Nedelišće Cultural Centre.
