What the buyer is looking for

The subject of the contract is the supply of complex computing infrastructure for the development, training and deployment of artificial intelligence (AI) models, which consists of three consecutive hardware levels. At the core of the system is a pair of high-performance central workstations designed for AI computing. These stations will provide massive computational power of accelerators for local training, optimization and debugging of complex neural networks in laboratory conditions. The aim is to ensure fast iterations in the development of algorithms before their final deployment. This central part is followed by a set of compact accelerated computing nodes with real-time performance for inference. These units will be physically deployed directly in operations and local networks of industrial partners. Their hardware architecture must guarantee high data throughput for massive and…

… immediate evaluation of industrial data in target operation, especially for complex tasks for which standard low-voltage edge platforms are insufficient. The third level of infrastructure consists of a specialized hardware platform designed for the development of advanced cognitive robotics and autonomous machines. This unit will provide the centralized computing power necessary for fusion of data from multiple sensors, route planning, and secure real-time control of complex robotic systems. The entire supplied hardware system must enable seamless deployment of trained models from central stations to industrial inference and robotic devices. The units will be supplied with the necessary accessories for their safe operation. The subject of performance also includes transport to the place of performance, installation of the equipment and verification of the functionality of the equipment. A detailed technical specification of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the Tender Document. The conditions of performance are further specified in the Terms and Conditions (draft contract), which form Annex No. 2 to the Tender Documentation.
