The Defence Forces Logistics Command (hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Entity or the Contracting Entity) requests your tender for a life cycle update of the bodywork and bulk furnishings of medium-duty fire-fighting vehicles in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The subject of the contract is the life cycle update of nine (9) fire-fighting vehicles. The purchase includes options per drive rod, the options are described in more detail in Appendix 1. The redemption of options is entirely at the discretion of the Contracting Entity. Options may be redeemed in whole or in part. Options are subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The final redemption date of the options is 31 December 2028. Submission of an accepted tender requires participation in a vehicle study event.
