… the research projects, is € 1,500,000 excluding VAT, price level 1 January 2027. The estimated value of the research projects over the three years is € 1,200,000 excluding VAT. The estimated value of the two options for renewal of the concession each year is 40% of the estimated value of the contract plus 40% of the value of the research projects. The value of the contract, excluding payments for use by users and including the research projects and including the options for renewal is € 3,780,000 excluding VAT, price level 1 January 2027. The margins on the value of the payments for use by users estimated by the contracting authority during the term of the concession are as follows: A low estimate of payments by users, based on a three-year concession period (i.e. without renewals), using the minimum rates from the calculation table and with the user numbers of 0.5 trips per bicycle per day is € 1.6 million. An estimate of payments by users, based on a three-year concession period supplemented by two renewals each year, and with higher rates and with higher user numbers, is significantly higher.
