Das Gebäude erhält im UG einen Anschluss an den Kanal für automatischen Warentransport, sowie einen Entladungsbahnhof im EG. Alle tragenden Wände werden in Stahlbeton ausgeführt, nichttragende Innenwände werden aus 24er Porenbeton, Innenwände in Sanitärbereichen in Leichtbauweise errichtet. · Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Planung, Lieferung, Montage, Programmierung, Inbetriebnahme und Dokumentation einer Gebäudeautomationsanlage gemäß den anerkannten Regeln der Technik sowie den gültigen Normen und Richtlinien. Die Gebäudeautomation dient der Überwachung, Steuerung, Regelung, Optimierung und Bedienung der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung. Hierzu sind sämtliche erforderlichen Automationsstationen, Feldgeräte, Schaltschränke, Bedien- und Beobachtungseinrichtungen, Kommunikationsnetzwerke sowie Software- und Managementsysteme zu liefern und betriebsfertig zu installieren. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere: - Errichtung der ASP 200 - Lieferung und Montage von Automationsstationen, DDC-Reglern, Feldgeräten, Sensoren, Aktoren und Bussystemen. - Erstellung und Implementierung der Steuerungs-, Regelungs- und Überwachungsfunktionen für die zu automatisierenden technischen Anlagen. - Integration der technischen Anlagen, insbesondere Heizungs-, Lüftungs-, Klima-, Kälte-, Sanitär- und elektrotechnischen Anlagen in das Gebäudeautomationssystem. - Herstellung aller erforderlichen Kommunikationsverbindungen und Schnittstellen zu Fremdsystemen. - Durchführung von Funktionsprüfungen, Inbetriebnahme, Probebetrieb und Optimierung der Anlagen.
