The administration, as the contracting authority, in accordance with Act No 97/1993 Coll., on the competence of the Administration of State Material Reserves, as amended, ensures the defence and defence of the state, the elimination of the consequences of crisis situations and the protection of the vital economic interests of the state. The subject matter of the VZ is divided into 2 separate parts pursuant to Section 35 of the Act, namely: Part I of the VZ: Acquisition and protection of 50 tonnes of processed cheeses.
