What the buyer is looking for
The subject of the performance of public contracts awarded on the basis of the framework agreement will be the provision of technical and related professional services in the field of Enterprise Architecture (EA) for the Digitalization of the City of Prague (hereinafter referred to as the "MHMP"), within the MHMP architectural office, which performs the role of a central methodological, coordination and consulting workplace for all architectural areas in the MHMP environment. … - Consultation and training in the field of architectural methodologies (TOGAF, Archimate, etc.); - Supporting project and agile ICT management; - Provision of cooperation in planning, design and approval of ICT systems solutions and technological solutions; • Continuous revision and development of existing methodologies of the architectural practice of the MHMP (incl. EA, cloud and agile architecture, etc.) in connection with the development of the TOGAF framework and in accordance with the requirements of the OHA of the MVČR; • Continuous maintenance and development of the central repository and the EA model (hereinafter referred to as EAR); - Development of ad-hoc required outputs (views); - Model updates based on inputs from ongoing projects with an impact on the ICT architecture of the MHMP; - Model updates based on ad-hoc requirements of the MHMP staff; - Creation and update of models of the environment of the MHMP and MO; - EAR environment management, user management and implementation of training for EAR users; • Providing cooperation in the implementation of projects with an impact on the ICT architecture, in particular: - Digitalization of the Office; - Modernization of the MHMP data and network infrastructure including cloud solutions; - Development of the MHMP application, data, technological and security architecture; • Development of the MHMP ICT security.
