What the buyer is looking for
The object of the contract is the management of the outdoor areas of the Tampere University Hospital (TAYS) central hospital campus. The service covers the yard, traffic and green areas of the hospital campus, the area equipment and other outdoor areas. The management of the outdoor areas has been carried out by the staff of the real estate services of the wellbeing services county, who transfer the business to the service provider as part of a competitive tendering procedure. The transfer of the business is explained in more detail in the annexes to the invitation to tender. A mandatory study review of the site will be organised on 23 October 2026 at 12 noon, which must be attended if they have not been included in the previous competitive tendering procedure.
