Tenderers shall submit a tender for any part or both of the subject-matter of the contract. · The subject of the contract is the disposal and treatment of mixed municipal waste from Malacky in accordance with the provisions of Act No 79/2015 on waste and amending certain acts, as amended, the provisions of Decree of the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic No 371/2015 on the implementation of certain provisions of the Waste Act and the provisions of Decree of the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic No365/2015 establishing the Waste Catalogue; according to the legislation in force and effective from 1.1.2027.
