HSY's offices are located in the Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa areas of the Helsinki metropolitan area and in Kirkkonummi The scope of the procurement includes the production of signage with specified materials in accordance with HSY's graphic guidelines and traffic sign manufacturing instructions, repairs of existing signage, installation of signage, and design work related to signage.
