… made by mini-tendering in accordance with the terms and conditions of the framework agreement and the procurement limits. On the basis of the call for tenders, a maximum of five (5) framework contractors will be selected for the framework agreement. The estimated maximum value of the framework agreement is EUR 8 500 000 (VAT 0 %). The estimated value of the procurement and the procurements to be made will be concentrated at the end of the framework contract period. The framework contract period is four (4) years, and the estimated starting date of the contract period is 1 January 2027. A framework contract is concluded when the framework contract is signed by both parties. Individual service contracts may be shorter or longer than the framework contract period. At the time of publication of the call for tenders, the Contracting Entity expects that the cleaning services of Nekalan Norssi will be mini-tendered in 2027. The campus sites may be put out to tender in 2029, starting in 2028. The terms and conditions of the contract and the award of the contract are described in more detail in the Annex to the invitation to tender.
