On the basis of Order 2026/S 44-150131, JORTON A/S has been appointed as delegated developer for the project "Kolding Stadion – Stage 3". Stage 3 forms an essential part of the continued development and modernisation of Kolding Stadium and includes the establishment of new facilities on the north and south sides of the stadium. Together with the already established West Stand, the stage will contribute to creating a more coherent and functional stadium system with improved facilities for players, users, spectators, sponsors and other visitors. The building roundings will include administration facilities, fitness, lounge and lounge facilities. -Establishment and conversion of outside areas, including access areas, pavements, terrain works and other landscape works. -Establishment of parking areas to the north as well as associated terrain, occupancy and supply works. Kolding Tribune ApS is the developer of this project and has appointed JORTON A/S as turnkey contractor for the project, which acts as delegated contracting authority on behalf of Kolding Tribune ApS. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2028. All trade contracts are offered at once: 1Pools, soil and sewerage works, paving, pile foundation, gardener (PJKB) 2Concrete elements (including delivery and assembly) (BE) 3Carpenter (TØ) 4Steel (including delivery and assembly) (ST) 5Elevator (ET) 6EL & CTS (EL) 7VVS works (VVVS) 8Ventilation (VEN) 9Concrete structures (place cast) The tender is conducted as an EU public tender, cf. Consolidation Act No 116 of 3 February 2025. Fagentreprise prices are offered in a public tender, cf. Sections 56-57 of the Danish Public Procurement Act, where the contracting authority offers each trade contract as a partial contract (subcontract) based on AB 18 with derogations. The agents will subcontract to JORTON A/S. The tenderer's attention is drawn to the attached draft subcontract, Section 13 (Working Clause) and Section 14 (Persons under training), which apply to this invitation to tender. One contractor will be selected for each trade contract. Tenderers are free to submit tenders for one or more specialised contracts. There is direct access to the tender documents on the tender portal Comdia. Correction sheets, questions/answers and corrected documents will also be available here. The Tenderer is responsible for ensuring that the Tenderer's tender meets all the requirements and conditions set out in the tender documents, and the Tenderer should be aware that any ambiguities in the information in the Tenderer's tender may be given negative weight when assessing the Tenderer's suitability or evaluating the tender. Tenderers are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the conditions at Kolding Stadium prior to submitting tenders. · The offer includes: The work includes pile foundation under the north and south stands as well as pile foundation in connection with the construction of the buildings (building roundings) that connect the north and south stands with the existing west stands. Earthmoving works The earthmoving works include, among other things, terrain regulation, clearance and removal of surplus soil, replacement and establishment of sand pads, as well as bottom building for paving areas. In addition, the work includes excavation and filling in connection with foundations, installations and other terrain works. Sewer works Sewer works include the establishment of sewage and rainwater installations from stands and administration building as well as connection to existing sewer systems. In addition, the work includes sewerage work in connection with the construction of the parking lot to the north, including wells, wiring and necessary connections
