… name: Ravulizumab · Form of dispensing: Solution for infusion · Strength: 1.100 mg/11 ml · Pack: 11 ml · Unit value: 70 mg · Quantity in units: 5311. Each procurement number shall be considered to be a separate lot and shall be tendered independently of the other procurement numbers. A supplier may thus choose to submit a tender for one, several or all tender numbers, and the award is made separately for each tender number. Thus, a supplier may be awarded one, several or all lots. Reference is made to the tender specifications, including the submission of tenders under the individual tender numbers. Under the heading "quantity in units" above, an estimated consumption of the medicinal products is indicated under the tender number, but the actual consumption may differ significantly from it. This must be expected by suppliers. The reason for this is that these are medicinal products for patient treatment in public hospitals, where the patient's needs must be met. The medicinal products offered are also covered by one or more recommendations and/or treatment guidelines from the Danish Medicines Council, and the consumption of the various medicinal products may be significantly affected thereby. For further details, please refer to the tender specifications and the framework agreement. The maximum value of the lot below under point 5.1.5 has been calculated as a proportion of 50 % of the estimated total value of all lots listed in point 2.1.3. This is due to the fact that all the medicinal products offered are covered by one or more recommendations and/or treatment guidelines from the Danish Medicines Council, which assesses which of the medicinal products offered are recommended for treatment in different patient populations, possibly so that certain medicinal products are considered as equivalent possible first choices, recommended for use in priority order or similar. The Danish Medicines Council's assessment may therefore have a significant impact on which of the offered medicinal products are used in different therapeutic areas and patient populations, and the consumption of the individual medicinal products may also be based on current contract prices. This means that it is not possible at the time of the tender to estimate which medicinal products will be used primarily during the term of the framework agreement, and it is possible that the use of the medicinal products may be significantly changed during the term of the framework agreements, in particular by approving new indications for the individual medicinal products, changing the treatment of one or more patient populations and the like. Determining the maximum value of each lot as a proportion of the total estimated quantity of all lots is intended to ensure that each of the framework agreements concluded can be used for the necessary procurement. The maximum value is thus determined on the basis of a professional assessment of the potential use of the medicinal products in the light of the particular circumstances of the use of medicinal products in public hospitals and the significant impact that the recommendation and/or treatment guidelines of the Medicines Council may have on the actual consumption of the individual medicinal products, including a significant change in the consumption of the various medicinal products. · The tender number (the lot) includes the following medicines: ATC Code: L04AJ03 · Generic name: Pegcetacoplan ·
