… intended to provide space for between 200 and 700 occupants, including the necessary functional rooms. The establishment of the facilities will be coordinated with the local authorities. The useful life is planned for the long term, it is usually 5 years. The intended plots of land for the accommodation are usually municipally owned. Your suitability for use as a CDE is generally clarified at the time of the start of the mini-competitions. This means that the plots are usually accessed by traffic and media connections along the plot (electricity, water, gas and sewage) are generally provided. The production of a medium-voltage connection by means of transformers may be required. The core component of the general contractor services in the context of the mini-competitions is the construction according to a sample service description. The respective AG is awarded the outdoor facilities including open-air facilities (green and design areas), traffic areas (roads, paths and parking spaces), drainage systems, media guides (supply and disposal lines), outdoor lighting systems as well as the necessary civil engineering work and civil engineering structures on a site-by-site basis to specialist companies. These services are not part of the services of the Contractor or this Framework Agreement.
