… compact CHP module with a net electrical output of approximately 377 kW (permissible bandwidth 345-400 kW), a thermal output of approximately 510 kW (permissible bandwidth 440-550 kW), a total efficiency of at least 88 % and a fuel output of not more than 999 kW. The scope of services includes in particular the preparation of the execution planning including necessary approvals, delivery, assembly and ready-to-use installation, commissioning and functional testing including necessary acceptances, reclamation and optimisation, hydraulic and electrical integration, MSR/GLT/EMS connection, technical documentation as well as technical support and full service including maintenance, servicing, repair and fault management. The lease and full-service contract will be concluded for 10 years. In addition, a separate service contract will be concluded for the maintenance and servicing of the existing installations still in operation with a term of 3 years and an extension option of 2 years. The existing systems still in operation include in particular three natural gas boilers with 2 × 1,600 kW and 1 × 1,250 kW, a refrigeration machine with recooling unit, water softening, pressure maintenance, pressure increase and fresh water cascade.
