Contractual partners may become an unlimited number of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs or groups of employees of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 4(18) of the Medicinal Products Act (AMG). The conclusion of the contract or accession shall be effected by completing the required self-declarations or supporting documents and the contract(s) either: a) Signed by hand (written form according to § 126 BGB) by post or b) provided with a qualified electronic signature (§ 126a BGB) by e-mail to [email protected] to the KBS. The earliest date for the start of the contract is 01.08.2026, provided that the contract and the required declarations or evidence have been received by KBS no later than 10.07.2026. The start of the contract is therefore the first of the month following the month in which the contract is received by KBS and the declarations or evidence requested, provided that the receipt is made by the fifth of each month; otherwise the 1st of the next month. Contracts shall terminate automatically, without the need for termination, as soon as contractors for the active substance(s) or combination(s) of active substances have been established through a formal procurement procedure. The closing date for the receipt of accessions is 05.06.2028.
