Ad3) An option (a reserved change in the obligation under Section 100(1) of the Act) The subject of the option is: • delivery of a single-axle trailer suitable for transporting at least 4.5 tons of cargo, while the delivered trailer itself and the entire vehicle combination (vehicle with hand + trailer mentioned above) must meet all the required specifications and technical parameters, which are described in more detail in chapter. 3 tender specifications (Technical specifications). • delivery of the Control Consideration Report of the combination of vehicles – in more detail in ch. 3 tender specifications (Technical specifications). • training of the trailer operator The conditions for exercising the option are set out in chapter.
