What the buyer is looking for
The result of the procurement procedure will be the conclusion of a framework agreement pursuant to Section 131 et seq. ZZVZ (‘the contract’) with one selected supplier. The subject of the public contract is the provision of post-warranty servicing and repair work (e.g. routine minor repairs, troubleshooting, electromechanical work, vehicle diagnostics, bodywork and painting work, accident repairs) for passenger motor vehicles in the car park of the Ministry of Regional Development (hereinafter also referred to as ‘MMR’), including the delivery and replacement of original spare parts, the provision of MOT and the replacement and storage of tyres according to the needs of the contracting authority. The subject of performance is also the provision of transport of a non-mobile vehicle for repair, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
