All construction work will be carried out in a coordinated manner before assembling new wiring and after dismantling the original wiring. • A pipeline mail network is maintained in the collectors, which is preserved. In cases where there will be a collision with the distribution of the pipeline mail due to sub-transfers of the pipeline, it will be dismantled at the point of collision and after the transfer of the heat distribution, the route of the pipeline mail will be adjusted so that it does not hinder operation in the collector and does not prevent passage. • Distributions of technical gases are conducted in the collectors, which will be intervened only if it is not possible to solve the collision state otherwise • The designer's proposal will deal in detail with the individual steps of the construction of a new backbone of the thermal network and dismantling, including the related impacts on the existing electrical power distribution and pipeline mail distribution. • Requirements for project documentation a) It will process the focus of the current state of the collector, supplement and update the existing technical documentation in *.dwg format, the output will be a 3D model, updated documentation of existing heat and water distribution systems, design of new distribution systems, including temporary relocations in *.dwg format. b) It will organize designer inspection days, with a minimum of 2 hours once every 14 days, at the contracting authority's headquarters with the contracting authority and professional designers who will participate in the project preparation. Designer inspection days will be held throughout the project preparation with the assumption until the start of construction, with the contracting authority having the right to change the scope and dates of inspection days. c) The documentation will include a list of works, supplies and services with a statement of areas. The statement of the notice will be broken down according to the individual stages. d) The statement of the notice will be evaluated according to the current prices of construction works and works according to the price system of the ÚRS. e) The documentation of the actual execution will be prepared and transmitted to the contracting authority in 3 printed steam and in electronic form on 3 USB storage media. • Cooperation in the selection of the contractor a) Part of the performance of the public contract is cooperation in the possible selection of the contractor, in particular in the processing of additional information on the terms of reference for the selection of the contractor and in the assessment of tenders in the details of the list of works, supplies and services. • A more detailed specification of the subject of performance is set out in Annex 7 to these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "T&C") • The subject of performance of the public contract is also defined by the binding draft contract, which forms Annex 2 to these T&C.
