… modifications of the building and SO-02 Outdoor modifications. SO-01 mainly includes the dismantling of unnecessary and life-long equipment and structures, the design of a new industrial floor including insulation against ground moisture, the construction of an internal partition structure and a handling vestibule, the installation of new motor-operated sectional doors, the modification and replacement of doors and windows, the repair of internal and external surfaces, the modification of the roof cladding, plumbing elements and the implementation of related technical installations, in particular electrical installation and hot air ventilation. SO-02 includes, in particular, the dismantling of the existing remains of railway tracks, the modification and settlement of the terrain, the construction of a paved access area road, including its connection to the regional road, the construction of paved areas for parking, the implementation of a new area fence, including a sliding entrance gate, and the modification of the remaining areas. The subject of the public contract also includes the provision of engineering activities related to the course of implementation, the processing of permits to intervene in the pavement and regional road, the provision of the approval procedure and the handover of the approval decision. The detailed scope and method of execution of the construction works, supplies and related activities is defined by the project documentation for the execution of the construction "Workplace of the Náchodska Museum – Revitalization of the defrosting tunnel", prepared by PROXION s.r.o., Náchod. This project documentation, contained in Annex 2 to the tender specifications, includes all its parts, technical reports, drawings, specifications as well as the relevant administrative decisions. The tender documentation shall also include an itemised list of works with a statement of the amounts set out in Annex 3. When implementing the subject of performance, it is necessary to comply with all the conditions for the location and implementation of the construction resulting from the decision on the permit for project No. 134/2026 2 of 18.05.2026 (ref. MUNAC 57452/2026). All these documents form an integral part of the tender documentation.
