The subject of the contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of a photovoltaic power plant (hereinafter also referred to as ‘PV power plant’) within the scope of the authorised project for the conversion of the building into a social care facility – Alzheimercentrum, Čeňka Zemana 431, Černčice u Loun. incl. turnkey battery storage, including training of the contracting authority’s responsible staff and related engineering activities. The subject of delivery is the implementation (installation and assembly) and the actual commissioning of the PV plant and accumulation, including related engineering activities to the necessary extent. The subject of the contract is contained in the project documentation, which forms Annex 4 to this Act. The produced PV plants will be used to cover the building's own electricity consumption. … The construction of the PV plant will consist of the installation of PV panels on the roofs of the contracting authority's building. PV panels will be installed using a structural system standardized for the roof installation specified in the project documentation. The structures will be laid out and constructed to withstand the weather conditions of the site. Before starting the assembly, the supplier shall prepare a design of the wiring (stringplan) of the offered system in the design program of its manufacturer, document compliance with the manufacturer's rules and submit it to the designer for approval; the layout shall correspond to the layout drawing of the technology. The design is used for confirmation by the manufacturer, for the creation of a physical layout in the monitoring portal and for commissioning. It is not possible to change the layout without the approval of the designer. The subject of the contract will thus include the supply of complete technology, the installation of structures, PV panels and storage for electricity storage. Furthermore, complete necessary wiring and modification of existing switchboards (if necessary) at the connection point. The order also includes the processing of documentation of the actual state. The obligation of the selected supplier as part of the performance of the contract is also related engineering, in particular ensuring the connection of the completed work to the electricity network with the relevant distributor.
