What the buyer is looking for
A national spatial plan for Edvard Rusjan Airport Maribor (hereinafter: DPN LJMB). The initiator and investor of DPN is the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy. With the adoption of the DPN, a comprehensive arrangement of the LJMB will be ensured and adequate space will be reserved for further expansion and modernisation of the airport and other infrastructure. The LJMB DPN will designate areas for the siting of new airport and accompanying infrastructure, which includes the arrangement of manoeuvring areas and the siting of other facilities. The guidelines of the spatial planning authorities have already been obtained for the LJMB DPN, a decision on the comprehensive environmental impact assessment has been issued and a Decision on the preparation of the DPN has been adopted.
