… contracting authority shall examine the fulfilment of the annual performance target on a monthly, pro rata temporis basis. The basis for determining performance is the combined weight of the baled input material measured on the D70E weighing scale and the bulk input material and sorting residue measured on the certified weighing scale. The maximum net limit for the 12-month period shall be the maximum quantitative limit of 3 680 000 kg multiplied by the net unit bid price referred to in point 2.1 of the draft contract. The limit value is a maximum amount, which does not imply a full obligation on the part of the Contracting Authority to make use of or pay. The contracting authority’s call obligation shall cover a quantity of 2 720 000 kg and the corresponding limit value. If the staff provided by the successful tenderer is unable to carry out actual sorting activities for reasons in the contracting authority’s interest, in particular due to malfunction, maintenance, failure of the technological equipment or the lack of sufficient waste to be sorted, but the required number of staff is still available, downtime will be charged. The reason and duration of downtime shall be recorded in the shift log. Part 2: The contractor is responsible for carrying out the physical works related to the operation of the site, in particular the sorting of bulky waste into at least three recoverable fractions, the maintenance of the green surface of the site (mowing, mowing), the collection of flint, the assembly of waste storage containers and the general cleaning of the site. The service is provided in a one-shift work schedule with the provision of 10 people per day.
