The supply of electricity must be in accordance with the regulations in force: Energy Act (EEA), Electricity Trading Rules (ETR) and Electricity Quantity Measurement Rules (EQMR). With regard to the planning and negotiation of specific quantities of net active electricity, the TRE shall be applied. 2. The performance of the subject-matter of the contract involves the performance of the following main activities: 2.1 Supply of the required amount of low-voltage net active electricity referred to in point 2.4 of the Technical Specification – Annex 1 to the tender documents, with possible deviations in a positive or negative direction.
