… notice – Detailed description of the physical and economic subject matter of the contract. · * Concerns the maintenance of central heating installations at the Municipal Theatre of Piraeus , Municipal Gallery of Piraeus, the Municipal Swimming Pool "A.GARYFALLOS", the Indoor Gymnasium P.SALPEAS, the Early Childhood Schools , Primary Education Units and Secondary Education Units of the Municipality of Piraeus. A detailed description of the physical and economic subject matter of the contract is given in ANNEX I to the detailed notice – Detailed description of the physical and economic subject matter of the contract. · It concerns the repair of unforeseen damage to boiler rooms in all buildings included in group A. Emergency damage and deterioration due to the age of central heating installations will require: replacement of spare parts as well as integral parts of the boiler room such as burner, boiler, circulator, closed expansion tank, tank, chimney, pipework and accessories included in the budget table of the study (Group B).
