The building will house: 25 tenant rooms, which according to plan are approximately 22 m2/apartment, including the common living, dining and operating areas of the own toilet and washroom, the staff's work and social facilities the medical room, and the maintenance, storage and technical facilities the sauna, washing and well-being facilities the yard areas and outdoor living areas. The building is designed for round-the-clock housing service use. In particular, the solutions must take into account accessibility, safety, the individual needs of the residents, the controllability of operations, comfort and the working conditions of the personnel. The building is located at Lääkärintie 5b, Alajärvi. The building will be connected to an existing operational building and its technical systems. The operation of an existing building must be secured throughout the construction process. The building will be connected to municipal water, sewerage and stormwater networks. Submission of a tender is subject to attendance at a demonstration of the site.
