The estimated total value of the procurement excluding VAT is approximately 600,000 euros, including the actual contract period and option periods. The estimate does not constitute an obligation on the part of the customer to make an order. Competitive benchmark and prices offered: 1. Periodic maintenance price, given excel by means of tender forms. 2. The hourly price of the repair work, is entered directly in the cloud without an excel. 3. Spare parts importer price minus discount %, are entered directly in cloudia without excel. The comparison criteria are described in more detail in the section Criteria for the Object of Procurement. The area-specific weightings vary according to the subject of the procurement. The prices offered must include all costs arising from the provision of the service, including any kilometre, travel, accommodation, daily allowance, overtime, delivery, invoicing and office expenses, tools, waste charges and small accessories. The procurement will take the form of a framework agreement in order of priority. The purchase does not apply to warranty maintenance, rinsing cars or the City of Oulu's leasing equipment.
