What the buyer is looking for
The province of Flevoland and the municipality of Lelystad are working on improving traffic flow through the construction of a new bypass on the south side of Lelystad: the Lelystad Zuid bypass. This bypass consists of a municipal part, the Verlengde Westerdreef and a provincial part, the Laan van Nieuw Land. The Contractor's assignment generally includes the engineering and realization of the Lelystad Zuid Rondweg with a Multi-year Maintenance Component (2 years) for the Green Fittings of the Lelystad Zuid Rondweg. The above objects must be fitted into the environment by: • Adapting water management. • The realization and maintenance of the Green Facility. • Fitting of fauna facilities. • Adapting the maintenance paths of Staatsbosbeheer. • Maintaining the ProRail emergency route and shielding the railway line. • The integration of plot openings. • Protecting the road from the environment by applying fauna grids.
