What the buyer is looking for

Through this European restricted tender, DOVA wishes to conclude a Framework Agreement with a full-service campaign agency for the national multi-annual Imago programme public transport. In addition, two reserve agencies will be contracted. The Mission focuses on the further development and implementation of a multi-year image programme aimed at strengthening the image of public transport in the Netherlands.
