What the buyer is looking for
The contract involves the conclusion of a framework contract for the supply, installation, ready-to-use acceptance, technical management and maintenance of parking management systems. Within the framework of the framework agreement, the current parking systems of the Bergoss, Oostwal-Oost and Jurgensplein sites will have to be replaced in 2027, and a new parking system for the still to be built parking garage Raadhuislaan-Zuid will have to be realized in a later year. For each of these parking systems, a maintenance agreement must be entered into after delivery, which lasts until 10 years after the last date of delivery. As a cooperation partner, the municipality of Oss is looking for a proven market player with sufficient knowledge and expertise to translate parking trends and specific functional parking needs from the municipality into technical solutions within its parking management systems. Replace 3 existing parking systems and provide and manage 1 parking garage still to be built
