What the buyer is looking for

The assignment includes the supply of audiovisual (AV) hardware and associated accessories for hybrid meeting rooms within the Judiciary. These include videoconferencing equipment, video bars, cameras, microphones, speakers, control panels, mounting materials, connection cables and other AV-related products. The delivery focuses on existing products from the standardized product catalogue (Installed Base), as well as replacement and additional products necessary for the design, expansion and renewal of hybrid meeting rooms. Installation, technical management and fault handling are not part of the assignment and are carried out by IVO Rechtspraak itself. For a detailed description of the contract, the requirements and the conditions, please refer to the Descriptive Document and its annexes. Based on current insights, IVO Rechtspraak expects that the annual purchase under the Framework…

… Agreement can average between € 500,000 and € 1,000,000 excluding VAT. This estimate has uncertainties. The historical purchase of AV products was partly organised in a decentralised manner and not all products, ages and replacement times were centrally registered. In addition, the number of centrally furnished and managed meeting rooms is expected to increase. The moment when existing spaces are renewed depends on the technical condition, local needs, new construction and renovation projects and available implementation capacity. The estimate therefore gives an indication of the expected decrease and does not constitute a purchase obligation. No rights can be derived from the annual amounts mentioned. The maximum value of the Framework Agreement is € 4,500,000 excluding VAT over the maximum term of four (4) years. The maximum value of the Framework Agreement is higher than the estimate of the Assignment so that there is room for further growth of the hybrid meeting service in case of proven success. Once this maximum value has been reached, no new orders can be placed under the Framework Agreement.
