… Preparation of the Project Documentation for the Construction of the Railway Construction (PDPS), which will elaborate and define the requirements for the construction in details that specify the subject of the Work, taking into account the specific products, supplied technologies, technological procedures and production conditions of the Construction Contractor. The PDPS will be implemented only to the extent for the infrastructure of public operators – see the specification of the scope of the Work in Article 4.2 of the Special Technical Conditions. d) Performance of the Designer's Supervision in the construction of the PDPS and in the implementation of the construction, and only to the extent for the infrastructure of public operators – see the specification of the scope of the Work in Article 4.2 of the Special Technical Conditions. e) Construction of the construction to the extent according to the approved PDPS and in accordance with the final permit of the project (authorization of the construction).
